Diamond Wire Sawing

Wire sawing involves pre drilling holes at the end of the proposed cuts through which the diamond wire is then fed and tensioned. Using a series of pulleys the wire is then pulled through the concrete.

The diamond wire sawing system can be used to cut through vertical, horizontal, included and angled openings. The wire length can be easily extended for almost unlimited cutting depths.

This method is quick and quiet and gives a much neater cut than that achieved by stitch drilling. It is particularly well suited to the removal of large sections of reinforced concrete such as column and beams.
