Training

NML DIAMOND DRILLING LTD is committed to maintaining a fully qualified workforce and ensuring that all Operatives, Supervisors and Management are adequately trained to carry out their respective duties.

As such all site staff have valid CSCS cards, as a minimum requirement.  All operatives are trained to a minimum NVQ 2 in Diamond Drilling & Sawing as a minimum level achievement . Site Supervisors hold Gold CSCS cards and have attended supervisor level safety training.

An annual training plan is devised in association with Construction Skills through which we can ensure the competence of our employees and actively assist in their personal development.

We operate regular training programmes in Plant and machinery operations (such as Brokk operations, Wire Sawing, Manual Handling, Abraisive Wheels, Confined Spaces, MEWPS, PASMA, Health & Safety), and any further training deemed relevant to safe and competent operations.
